What is MortemCare?
MortemCare is cloud-based funeral home and mortuary management software. It keeps deceased records, storage, services, invoices and payments for every case in one place, from the first call to release.
How does storage tracking work?
When a deceased person is admitted, you assign them to a storage unit. MortemCare shows which units are occupied or free, logs every movement between units, and flags upcoming and overdue releases.
Is it only for the mortuary side, or the whole business?
The whole business. Alongside cases, storage and billing, MortemCare includes accounting, inventory for caskets and supplies, fleet management for hearses and vehicles, generator and diesel tracking, and a certificate generator. Start with the basics and grow into the rest.
How long does it take to set up?
Most funeral homes are up and running within a day of their demo. We add your branches, storage units and services with you, and help you enter the cases already in your care.
Do I need to install anything?
